Coe students and employees can use either their ID number OR their full @coe.edu email address as their username for My Coe, and other users use their primary email address on file with the college as their username.
Need to change your password or set a password recovery question?
You can change your my.coe.edu password once you are logged in by clicking on the ROUND PROFILE IMAGE found at the top right corner of this page, then clicking the MY PROFILE AND SETTINGS link. Next click the PASSWORD & PRIVACY link on the left-side menu, followed by the drop down arrow next to CHANGE PASSWORD. Here you can change your password and set a password recovery question. Be sure to click “Save” at the bottom when you’re done.
Passwords can be no longer than 12 characters.
If you have lost or misplaced your password you can retrieve your password by clicking the Forgot Password link and entering a the email Coe has on file for you. If your email is not on file or does not match please contact the Information Technology Office email@example.com or by phone 319.399.8877.
